The City of Vancouver is currently collecting feedback on its "People, Parks, and Dogs" strategy which will help shape how people and dogs will exist in parks across the city.
In 2016, the city collected thousands of responses on how Vancouver's parks could be improved with regards to off-leash areas. From, this five themes emerged: design and amenities, boundaries, access, variety of parks, and stewardship.
